My garbage disposal is controlled by a wall switch that also controls my under counter lights. The disposal is plugged in under the sink into a receptical that the dishwasher also plugs in to. Recently, my dishwasher was not getting power. I unplugged both items and switched the sockets they were plugged in to. The breaker for the dishwasher popped. Now the disposal runs constantly, regardless whether the switch is on or not. And, the breaker for the dishwasher keeps popping.

I would like to see about getting our patio outlet re-wired properly for our hot tub to connect. The current outlet is a standard double outdoor plug. The hot tub plug is a Watkins GFCI (CL A, 120V 60HZ 20A 2400W). I'm not sure if we need a designated circuit and/or what cost might be involved in getting the outlet plug-in ready for the hot tub. I would like to have an electrician look at a problem we have. We have no power on one circuit which operates most of the lighting in one end of our house. I have verified that the circuit breaker is good, I switched it with a known good one. I have no idea where the Junction Box is. Thanks Rocky

My house is 7 years old. Electricity is out in the garage but on in the rest of the house. Tried resetting the outlet breaker and the house breaker with no success. Need an electrician.

I have a outlet on the exterior of my home and one in the garge that do not work. No breaker are thrown. I've changed out the receptacle the garage and still no go. There is some power to that outlet because it "bit" me.

I need a couple of outlets placed on the walls of my sunroom. At present the only outlets are on the floor and this is a safety hazard, since I now have fish tanks there.
